Orders status checking is now standard in our most recent BigCommerce store integration update.
As many of you know, we've been integrating with BigCommerce for many years now. We're pleased to announced our latest update for our BigCommerce affiliate integration. In making an already really good integration even better, we now have a new feature which allows you to pick which order status to create commissions from.
You can now choose from the following order status to create commissions from.
- Awaiting Fulfillment
- Completed
- Partially Shipped
- Shipped
Using our new feature enhancement, a commission will not be created for the affilaite until the order status is set to your choice. ie. If you have selected Completed as the order status selection, you must update the order status in BigCommerce before seeing the commission created. This new feature reduces fraudulent and erroneously created commissions.
